Well, my friend has her sewing machine, and now it looks like she has another hobby to add to her list of things she does well.  Or, she will do this sewing thing well, I have no doubt.  Anything she puts her mind to, you better believe she can accomplish.  She has checked out a ton of books on how to make just about anything, but her mind is made up – she is making pillows and slip covers for her furniture.  She then thinks she will probably branch out and make a business out of it.  She thinks she will start polling people at the bancarrota firm to find out what they think about her pillows.  They are going to be a hit if I know her.  She is going to take a class or two on how to get the most out of her sewing machine.  She bought one with a lot of bells and whistles and knowing her, she will take full advantage of every one of them.  I think I am going to tag along with her to see what I can learn.  I guess it’s about time I started doing something other than sitting on the sofa watching movies when I have free time on my hands.
