Last weekend my friends and I were so bored.  It seemed like there was nothing to do.  My parents wanted us to come up with something brand new and exciting to do that would get our juices flowing.  After a lot of debating, it was decided that we would go to this little town where they were having a county fair and a rodeo. After calling the number in the flyer, we got someone who said that we could get sport tickets that would allow us to enter every event that needed a ticket at the fair, including the rodeo.  That way we would save a bunch of money and wouldn’t have to stand in long lines.  We decided to go since a weekend getaway to someplace we would not likely go was just the ticket for fun.  We were excited to go and after all was said and done, it was a great adventure.  I think that even our parents, who had to drive us and pay for the tickets, enjoyed it and in hindsight, I think they probably put the idea into our heads, in that reverse-psychology kind of way!
