I’m wondering where I might find the best-priced tickets for the White Sox.  I’ve heard of a lot of ticket agencies and sports and entertainment agencies around town.  But how many of these folks will I have to call?  My friend told me that it’s crucial to get baseball tickets early, because they go so quickly.  It’s probably the same situation with the Cubs, or for that matter, any professional team.  Baseball is still very popular in this country.  I can only afford to pay so much for season seats.  I’m on a limited budget.  My son is ten and he really, really wants to be able to go to most of the games.  He’s so crazy about the players and he gets really excited.  Needless to say, he is an aspiring pitcher himself in Little League.  My ex-husband takes him to Orioles games when he visits with him in Washington.  They just get in his Saab and drive all the way to Baltimore during the summers.  He really wants to go with me.  I couldn’t care less about baseball, but you can bet I care about my son’s happiness, so I’m really hoping I can get a good deal.  The next person I’m calling is Bill, my ex-husband, much as I hate to; after all, he did live here up until two years ago!
